Description
Rice Memorial Fountain an impressive Victorian cast iron fountain and smaller drinking fountain given in 1886 by George M. Rice as a memorial to his parents. Documentation has established they were originally manufactured by the J.W. Fiske ironworks of New York, N.Y. The Town's Common Committee chaired by Robert J. Richard early in 2012 determined both fountains were in need of restoration and contacted Robinson Iron.
